The whole staff was very helpful from the beginning of my ordering process till the end. Shippment arrived as planned. After inspecting shipment, none of the shelves were damaged in shipping. After placing shelves in shelving units they were bought for found they were just about the right that I needed. I will keep this company in mind when looking for more shelving.

American Surplus was very helpful guiding me through setting up a new warehouse storage rack system. The elements of the rack system were delivered complete, undamaged, and on time. For "used" items, they look to be almost brand new. The pricing was competitive with two other companies in my area. If my company expands in the future, I would purchase from American Surplus again.
