Founded by Stanford Ph.Ds, AI Camp (www.ai-camp.org) teaches the future of technology to middle and high school students, training them to become professionals, and placing the best to work for top technology companies. We aim to establish a different kind of higher education, one where students learn valuable knowledge and skills at work while avoiding crippling student debt. We want to return education to the apprenticeship model (learn-by-doing) that has worked for thousands of years. Our students craft impressive AI products with real-world applications, all of which are valuable additions to their resume and college application portfolio. We firmly believe that AI holds the key to the future, and we're committed to ensuring every student receives a comprehensive education in this transformative technology. Our mission is to open doors for our students and equip them to overcome any obstacles that come their way. We are only as great as the doors we open.
I learned a lot more about AI than I expected to in 3 weeks. Prior to this series, I had almost no knowledge about machine learning and deep learning. I had heard those terms being thrown around, but I never understood them. After attending this series, I was able to get a much better understand of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, as well as some careers in artificial intelligence. One recommendation I would make would be to go into more detail on these topics and perhaps hold more than three sessions.
Alex was absolutely wonderful! I love his class so much and I hope to see him again :)
I learned a lot about AI during these three classes with Alex Duffy as my teacher. He really has opened my eyes to what I can do in the future.
The instructor was very kind and patient with the class. He was very in tune with us and made sure we understood what was going on. Overall AI camp was a great and informative experience where I learned a lot of new information.
The class talks about more than just the the basics of AI. It also talks about how to use data and data analysis in ways to improve your life.
I thought that this lecture session was well done, and informative. However, I have already learned much of this material previously, so I didn't learn about many new topics. The course gave a basic introduction for AI, machine learning, and related topics such as finding a career in this area. The teaching was good, and overall the course was good reinforcement for some material that I have learned about before.
It was very educational! I've learned about the three different kinds of AI learning and much more! I don't have a single complaint.
This class taught me a lot. It was very helpful. The only downside was that we ran late. I learned about AI and it covered most of the ideas that I wanted to learn about AI. The class was very interactive and fun.
Saniya was very helpful. Not only did she teach the concepts of AI and ML, but she really gave good guidance to life, college, and career.
I liked the content of what my conceptual class presented and how the information was organized in the presentation slides. The classes gave me a really good look about AI in general and overall very informative. Personally, I don't see any problems with the classes and I would recommend taking the classes if you're interested in AI.
I enjoyed learning about the different contributors of AI and how it started and some basics of deep machine learning. I would have liked to learn the topics more in depth (some of the basics were more common sense than AI I felt like, so saving some time on that and learning more implementable knowledge would be useful).
The class was very hard to understand and comprehend at some times because the program, I think, kind of assumes that people have a background in Coding and AI when some don't, so sometimes the class is very confusing. However, the class was very including, starting with the history of AI and ending with practice with AI.
I thought that the program was very interesting and interactive. It taught a lot of valuable information about how AI works as well as the history behind AI. I especially liked the last day where we took a deeper look into the programming behind the system and all of the jobs that are offered in AI projects.
The classes gave a detailed overview of what AI is, how it works, and a simple application. It is more lecture based, but if the topic seems interesting, it is a good introduction.
Was very patient with her class and was very knowledgeable with the material she was teaching.
I loved Mrs. Stella, she was really nice and explained everything with enthusiasm, and she kept all of us engaged throughout the process.
The Ai - Conceptual Learning lecture was an Informative experience for me . It helped me learn understand more about AI , and a potential career path .
It was very interesting to learn how far AI has come. For example, things like self driving trucks are already almost a reality. I also enjoyed learning how certain versions of AI function and how they use mistakes to improve themselves.
It was a really informative program and I definitely recommend signing up for it. It was very enlightening and helpful. I think it was a great way to be introduced to the topic and is also a great knowledgeable seminar.
An amazing expirence that allows you to get a solid foundation for AI!
