The reading light was competitively priced, easy to order and pay for and arrived promptly within a few days. The light was easy to assemble. I was disappointed that the inner box containing my light was not housed securely within the foam framework designed to stop it rattling around during transit and that, having removed the polythene packaging, sections of the light switch and stand had traces of an oil or glue substance on the chrome surface.
