Excellent value for money and superb service. I ordered the light fitting on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday within the timeslot notified. The item is exactly as shown on the website and I would have no hesitation using Affordable Lighting in the future and recommending to anyone.

I was delighted with my floor light and matching lamp. They were delivered within the hour time slot as promised in the email and text I received early in the morning. Customer service team were most helpful and arranged my delivery on a day to suit me. I would definitely use this company again.

Recently purchased all our lighting fixtures from Affordable Lighting and service was excellent. All prices were competitive and products were value for money.Packaging was excellent and delivery was via DPD which provided more accurate delivery slots than most couriers around. The most amazing part of my purchase experience was the service. I contacted them about changing couple of things and the advice provided was very useful. Nothing was a problem and they went out of their way to help me out with my purchase. If you are after a good deal and best service don't look anywhere else for lighting fixtures as these people are amazing.

Arrived quickly with very convenient delivery service. Products looks good but haven't connected them yet. Rather wasteful packaging though: a huge box with loads of rubbish inside polystyrene and waste cardboard etc which I will have to dispose of at the tip which is a nuisance but not the end of the world!

I needed some lampshades to go with a wall lamp which I had purchased elsewhere. I e mailed and got a prompt reply to my query. I ordered them and they arrived two days later. I got an e mail with a one hour slot for delivery and it arrived within the hour specified. Very efficient service....

I think I ordered and paid in October and it was delivered in January. I was offered the option to cancel or chose an alternative but I stuck with the original. I suspect we were awaiting a shipment from overseas and no alternative supplier would have done better. Apart from that no reservations.

We ordered the Dar circa 5 light floor lamp in chrome (to match the ceiling lamp we had previously bought) and we are delighted with the service and the lamp. We noticed some reviewers had complained that it was too bright, however we bought a plug in dimmer switch for £3 which works fine and looks good. The Dar light is suitable for this type of dimmer and actually looks fantastic when turned down, giving golden shards of light through the crystal shades. Very happy!
