I called early in the morning because l had no signal on my Freesat. The call was answered immediately. Same day after midday the engeneer John Robinson was at my door . After diagnosis he gave me the choice either repair or change the satellite dish which was very old. I chose the latter. Mr Robinson was very polite and knowledgeable. He came back in 20 minutes with the new dish. I'm very happy all was done on the same day. I'm delighted with the job done. Thank you.

I have now made two appointments for a new aerial fitted give a date and a afternoon appointment stayed in all afternoon to be told from a recorded message that the engineer was coming out but would be there Monday today after one again I have waited again until 4.oclk to hear another recording telling me there will not be a engineer to look at my issue. They couldn't ever ring please be aware of this company as I would not recommend a total waste of two days. PLEASE BEWARE.

Staff in the phone very rude. Called back a missed call and voicemail to confirm I would be there for the quote visit and the lady on the phone was so rude that I’ve simply cancelled the visit. I will not support a company that pays rude people at the first point of contact on the phone; rude from the off and not surprised when I cancelled so imagine it happens a lot with her.

Absolutely horrendous service. Asked for a quote for someone to come out to not even show up so rescheduled and then called at 4pm to say no one was coming. I said I was not interested in their service now as they have mucked me around and just got shouted at!

Installed a starlink - the starlink is obstructed by my roof (I had said the location they have installed it, is not going to work) was told to "Give it a go". Which I don't mind at all - but it didnt work and after a week of calling them to get someone out to fix it, I am no where. They have said I will get a call Monday, but this has so far not been great. Very quick to install, but promising a solution and not following through on a fix is a big problem. I will change this review if some action is taken - but saying I should call in everyday to check I am booked in for a call that never comes, and then that the engineer is off sick isn't good enough. Update 1507: I have now been contacted by the engineer, who has agreed that they need to come back out and move it. Waiting on call to book in next appointment. Update: they have now been and resolved the issues. The engineer was ill which is why I hadn’t had a call. Updating to 4 stars as everything was resolved quickly, but a few things they need to do to improve. 1. Don’t over promise, no one is expecting things to be sorted in 24 hours, but do when you suggest it will be. 2. Get engineers to download Starlink app so they can check location of install is doing to work.

Had am engineer come out to my property initially was good work then he asked for more money to complete extra jobs I paid him directly thinking it was part of the company. He did not complete the work and I cannot get hold of him.I am a disabled veteran with brain injurys the company was unwilling to help. Had a very rude and aggressive lady from there customer service and wasn't interested in helping me out with getting a refund from the person working for Ariel force.

Mitchell was friendly, punctual and explained everything to me clearly. Didn’t take long to fit the new aerial and he even tidied up afterwards.

Ricky St. John came and removed an old aerial from our roof. It was difficult as the aerial was quite unaccesible, but Ricky risked life and limb and successfully got the aerial down! Many thanks for your great service. Miles (Kingston).

Beware beware beware. Elderly fraud. Will charge for unnecessary equipment when you don’t understand what you’re paying for. A scam.

Made an online booking request after website claims same day assistance. Was called back almost immediately and appointment made for following day. Then called late afternoon to postpone to next day. Waited in all day again and lo and behold, was called again late afternoon to reschedule for next day. Wow! Like I would trust this company to keep to their commitment. So unprofessional.

Scam company don’t waste your time. Called them twice to install CCTV - they give you a slot 8am -6pm. Waited all day, and they never showed up. Save your time and energy go with someone else.
