Didn't mention that my order is only saved for 24 hours and so lost out on a good rate. Went down to branch, didn't have enough of the currency i require. There are better currency bureau's out there who provide a much better service.

Excellent rates, great service If you pre order currency and the rate improves before you pick it up, they give you the improved currency, yet if it falls, you get the rate locked in (provided you pick it up in time). Brilliant!

I ordered currency online and when I went to collect it they told me that they didn't have any euros left. The website still let me place the order and told me collection was available immediately, and no one called me to tell me that it would not be available.
