Ordered Euro's and they were delivered next day via Royal Mail Special Delivery as promised. I wasn't at home when the delivery arrived but that wasn't a problem because I could just go and pick it up from the sorting office. I ordered from this company because they use Royal Mail. Despite delivery charge of £4.99 the exchange rate was better than high street competitors.
Always good rates (more than offset the delivery charge) and cash always delivered on time.

Living on Guernsey means I need to order my foreign exchange in advance, or pay the daft price at the airport. I have used John Lewis in the past but ACE-FX offer exactly the same service (via the post office) but at better rates. The only downside is that they charge for delivery, which means it doesn't work so well for small orders.

Be aware you may have to wait 5-10 mins or so for them to get and count your money even though it was ordered in advance. Not really a problem I just hadn't realised that would happen.
