I placed my order with a specific delivery date - order confirmation given when order was placed showed delivery the date I requested. However when confirmation from Company came through the delivery date was incorrect. I immediately e-mailed the Company only to be told that - "if I was not in then it would be left at the PO sorting office and I could collect it there" - this was not what I wanted - it was delivered when I did not want it and I had to go and collect it from the PO delivery office. This is not acceptable when I had paid for special delivery to be delivered when I wanted it delivered not when ACE chose to deliver it - especially when it is currency. I shall certainly not be using ACE again for my currency when going abroad as they clearly are incapable of adhering to instructions given on orders.
