I was promised that my order would ship within 24 hrs. I've called daily to check on my order. Each time I'm told that it is scheduled to go out soon (once they even said within 15 mins.) or that it had shipped already. Each time I was told it was shipped they claimed it was sent on a different day. Upon pressing them for the tracking info, they said that it hasn't 'technically' shipped yet, but instead queued to ship along with 4-5 thousand other packages and therefore it was too late to pull. I fully trust at this point that I will not receive my order in time for xmas and will therefore have to go out and purchase the product at a store. I will wind up with a double order because given their lack of costumer response I don't trust that they will properly credit my credit card for the amount. Will never, ever order from them again.
Here it is in the middle of February, andI'm still waiting for that Christmas delivery. Order placed on December 6! I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions, so many times that I've lost count! One contact in particular hung up on me after realizing my order hadn't been received. An excuse, of many, that it was in back order. Another time I was told it will be delivered at the end of the week, that was a month ago! But they wasted no time taking the money from my account. Now here I am still without the item. I have tried calling their number for a week now. No matter how many times I sit patiently and hit redial, it rings with a busy signal. It doesn't make a ifference what time I call. I've tried all hours of the morning, day, and late late night...ALWAYS rings busy, ummmm what does that tell you?? I know what I'm beginning to think!
I placed an order the end of November, I received an email on Dec 15 stating my order was shipped and is guaranteed for Christmas, I also received emailsl on Dec 18, 20th and 23 stating my order was shipped, It is now Dec 25 and I have not received my order, this is very poor customer service, If I knew I was not going to get what I wanted by Christmas I could have bought it elsewhere,
