Well I guess now I know I have been scammed yet again, I ordered almost a month ago and have recieved nothing, I ordered 1 unit and have been charged for 2. Sick and tired of ordering in good faith only to find out its a scam. Storeruiz.com avoid at all costs.

I ordered ONE multifunctional safe vegetable cutter over 2 weeks ago.I received a TEXT not an email confirming my purchase of TWO units. Looked on website and contact info was in SPANISH sent an email and received an automated reply in FRENCH.I wrote in English. Guessing like others have mentioned this is a SCAM so be warned.

Its been over 3weeks since purchasing mandolin that i saw on google advert,and no product has arrived, looks like ill have to get in touch with the credit card company and get a refund. Disappointed as it looks like a scam even though they text me after a week to say thank you for the purchase.

I received one unit broken because it was shipped in a pouch and was crushed by some other other in the shipping process. One new unit was sent to me as a replacement very quick. Great customer service. The day and night visor is fine, but you have to use the night and day together. I do not no which way to use it because there is no documentation. I have tried few ways but it does not work separately. My car is a Tesla, is that a problem?

Yes I'm very unhappy with the service because I tried to use the coupon for 90% off then you gave me one selection to use was the wireless mixer and then must be 90% off and then you end up charging me $8 for shipping so I'm paying full price for the service your shipping is ridiculous I'm not happy I'm going to every website I know to explain I am not happy with you guys it's just a gimmick yep someone has to pay the full price

I ordered an item. The picture for the item was shown alongside the item number. I received another item. After several emails I was allowed to ship it back for a refund of the purchase price. $7 refund and a total of $11 that I lost paying shipping back & forth. They insisted I got the item pictured but I sent pictures of the item to confirm they were wrong. I was cheated. Do not trust this business.

Received the 4-ice ball makers quickly. One leaked while filling and I notified the company. They quickly sent a replacement 4-ice ball maker. This is a great company to do business with and their customer service is superb.

BE CAREFUL - They hid the overpriced shipping and handling charge until after you pay. I contacted them immediately by their online support asked to cancel the order which indicated items are back ordered, they send me another email saying items have been shipped and provide a UPS tracking number which shows label created but not shipped yet

The wall lights were exactly as presented. I've had compliments from several friends and family saying how cool they are. I did contact their support group as I made a mistake in the quantity I wanted. I only realized it after placing the order. They corrected the quantity and price and I received exactly what I ordered. I'm planning on ordering again.

What a scamming company. They hid the shipping and handling until after you pay !!!!!! It said it was $ 4.99 for rush delivery but no other mention was made of standard delivery. I pressed 'place order' and it was only then that I found that they had charged me $ 7.90. I told them I want a refund if not will put thru a dispute with my MC. I am too old to play games, especially with cheaters. BOO !!!!!!!!!

I have gotten them and they seem of good quality. I have not used them yet but I am sure they are in good working order. I will be using them soon to do oil changes, gasoline transfers for my automotive and lawn mowing business among other uses. Great product

I had initially bought 4 flame solar torch lights. Found one to be defective. The others worked great. Called customer service for assistance on the one light not working. They said they would send out another one. Promptly received the light and it looks great !

These socks are the real deal. They were easy to put on and easy to zip up! I am on these 71-year old legs 14+ hours a day, 5 days a week. They help to relieve the swelling and lessen the pain. they are even better than the open toe ones I have been using.

I ordered a flashlight that clearly showed photos in the ad of the product. Was supposed to be a 30,000 lumen flashlight for $ 29.95 that lit up a canyon in the photo. Ad even said it had a money back guarantee. They shipped me a $ 5 light that couldn't light up a 10 foot bedroom, it was scuffed and chipped like it was used, and they sent it with a charger that cannot be used in the United States. Their response.... "all of our other customers liked the product". They said do not return it, since it would cost almost as much as the flashlight. They suggested giving it away, and they would refund 10% of my purchase (but I don't know anyone in Europe or Asia, and I certainly wouldn't spend the shipping charge to give it away). After back and forth emails, they came up to 40%, which was unacceptable, so I forced the chargeback through Visa. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I ordered outlet covers with LED night lights built in. In less than 30 days, I have two night lights with dead LEDs that are supposed to last 25 years, and two that have defective light sensors, so they stay on all the time. Their response.... "all of our other customers liked the product". Both times, their tracking information was false, and the shipping took several weeks. In BOTH cases, I did not order from yourstoreonline.net, one order was through a Facebook ad, and the other from a random vendor recommended by Google. These people HIDE and CLOAK their identity, so their poor customer service and crappy products won't be found out right away. These people are frauds and need to be run out of town.

I purchased an Open Chin Neoprene Stop Snoring Chin Strap. First, they use USPS which if you want to add 35-40% shipping time fine. Finally, when it arrived I realized why there were little to no real details regarding this item. The strap is made for a child or older adolescent. The top strap has approx. 1/2" adjustment remaining. The bottom strap is approx. 2" short of even connecting. This item is worthless. NO, I don't have a melonhead. The item is worthless.

They DO NOT stand by their products. Extra Mop Head & Handle For The Self Cleaning & Drying Mop Bucket System. The VELCRO tape came off after less that 40 days of use. Now I can not use this mop head at all. Pads fall off and will not stay on. WORTHLESS
