December 21,2013 I bought the Peanut Butter Maker and when I received the maker my husband was very sick .So the maker was the last thing on my mind so ofcouse the 30 day return policy had past ,Now the maker should not be sold ,THAT HOW BAD IT IS NOW THAT BEING SAID LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE first I did not had the instruction I call then to see if they would download the instruction but the customer service rep said that he would send me the instruction,and within Two day I received the instruction.well with my husband feeling some better we though we would try the maker I do not had words to tell you that peanut butter maker should be in the trash.Now I am well past the 30 day return time so again I call online store and told then about the maker. The customer service rep said he would file the appeal immediately and get back to me with decision .And few day later I received am email from Paul the Mamager and He said if I would write a letter telling why I let go past the return time.That they would waive the return policy,I did telling him about my husband and what he was going though. Paul inturn send me am email encouraging me . that he had a situation in his home ,It really made me feel good to know that there are till great people in the world...It is with great pleasure that I write this review because I belive that if something is not right you should tell it and when it good you really should tell it ,they inform me that I do not have to send the peanut butter maker .So it is going in the trash and they would refund my money.

I bought the Space Savers (16) special, back in July, for a good price. I did, however, have a couple of difficulties with them. When I called them they told me that the warranty had run out (which was thirty days after purchase). Even though my warranty had run out they were willing to honor my claim. They were very friendly and help ful. Karen H. 9/23/2013

i have had trouble with delivery. ordered in march, called in april back ordered, calledmay 1st, said was being sent called today said was in warehouse being shipped, but no date as to when would arrive, tried to contact on computer, said my password was wrong, called customer service said to use my email as password, did not work. had payed in advance, as soon as i get this order will never shop there again.

I contacted Paul at YourStoreOnline to return some gel foam cushions that I ordered. He handled the return in a speedy and professional manner. I am pleased with the service we recived. Your Store Online (yourstoreonline.net) has many products that are the ones we all see on TV and hundreds more, all at great prices.

It's amazing that this place is still in business. They take your order and your money, but then you never receive the product. I ordered an item 5 weeks ago and never recieved it after getting email confirmation that the order was being processed, and they took the money out of my account. After waiting over 2 weeks and never receiving the product, I called and asked about the order...they said that it was on back order and would be shipped at the end of the month. NO specific date given when....just the end of the month. I cancelled the order and asked if they would be returning the money to my account they debited it from....they said NO, they would be sending out a check "next week", so I am still waiting to see what happens. This is beyond bad business, and totally ignorant. I understand that sometimes business do run out of a product and that items do end up on back order, but any reputable place will send some kind of notice that the item is on backorder and an expected due date to ship....this place just took my money and never acknowledged that the item was on backorder. I see this place as a total ripoff outfit. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about them, and waiting to see if I indeed do receive a refund check in the mail 'next week'.

They will charge credit card before sending product. They said they had it... then at shipment time it was on back order! lol! Do not order unless you want to be charged for item never send! Will never deal with this company again!

I ordered an item on Dec. 13 as a Christmas gift. I was told on Dec. 27 that it was on backorder and would be mailed on Friday. Then each week after that I called and was told it was in and would mail on Friday. They kept saying that within 24-48 hours I would receive shipping confirmation and nothing ever arrived. I called 6-7 times and was told the item had shipped. I called today (2/8) and was told the item was on backorder and never shipped. I asked why I had been told so many times that the item had shipped and the answer was 'maybe they read the screen wrong.' I cancelled the order today - which I should have done a long time ago - but I kept giving the company the benefit of the doubt. I'm embarrased but not as embarrased as they should be.

Customer service gave me the run around many times about the satus of my order. They kept telling me is was shipping soon but that was a lie. Completely unsatisfied with this company and will never use them again. Searching the internet to provide them with bad reviews and have told all my friends and family not to use them.

Placed an order on 12/17/2009. Was promised a couple of times by email and phone that although the order was on backorder and that i would surely get it by 12/22. After complaining again I was promised that it was is shipping process to me and that I will get the tracking number no later than that day (12/22/09) Called them today after looking on line and seeing that they had updated the order to backorder, no one answers. Message (CALL BACK WORKING HOUR) IS THIS COMPANY LEGIT?

Advertise products they don't have in stock and never return emails. DON"T buy from this company!!!!
