Even though the parts I wanted weren't in stock, I was informed straight away and offered the option to cancel. I still went ahead with the purchase and received the parts within three days when the estimate was going to be seven. The whole process was straightforward and prices are competitive.

After ordering a Redring shower part I was advised by Miriam that the part No. was obsolete, she then re-ordered the part with the new part No. When it arrived it was the wrong item so I rang U.K. Spares to sort the problem. The phone was answered by Clive. When I attempted to explain the problem he became loud and aggressive and absolutely insisted it was my fault for using the wrong part No. (which they had supplied). After a very heated conversation he agreed to cancel the order and arrange a refund which I have now been given. This was a very unpleasant experience and completely un-necessary.

Fast polite and helpful communication via e-mail to locate the part I needed. Fast, efficient and well packed delivery allowed for quick installation and functioning heating in time for the festive season.
