Happy with the service as it was free delivery on a £4.25 product, but the wrong item was sent, so now having to wait more than twice as long for product due to return of item before it can be resent

I had heard that the panache sports bra was one of the best for the fuller bust so thought I would try it. I searched online for supplier offering it at a good price and found so active. Ordering with them was easy and the order wad processed quickly. I received the bra within two days of placing the order. perfornance: the bra fits well and is comfortable to wear whilst giving a good shape and support. Would definitely buy this bra again.

When you are buying clothes, and you know your size, you just order it online. But I haven't, until now, as it's disappointing if the item slightly too tight etc. Returns can be awkward and can take a long time. Not so with SoActive! Simple to search on the website, easy to order. Very quick delivery, well packaged. Very pleased with the items. And when one of them didn't fit, I followed the simple instructions with the 'ready made return label'. Within a few days of returning, we received another one that did fit. Brilliant from start to finish

I ordered 2 different styles of sports bras but of the same brand and I was sent 2 identical bras...someone didn't read the order correctly!!! I've sent it back for an exchange and I hope it arrives by next week as I need it for an activity weekend.
