Low prices, straightforward paypal transaction, quick postage, items I received were really nice. However, one item I ordered was not in the parcel I received and it was marked as 'out of stock' on the delivery receipt. It was only the following day they emailed me to say it was out of stock and a paypal refund shortly followed. That's the only annoying/negative thing that the stock on the website was not up to date.

Out of the last three orders I have placed So Active have been unable to despatch one due to incorrect stock levels and the other that they managed to despatch contained a wrong sized item. So that is one out of three. I have messaged So Active twice and receive little by way of a response from them.

I ordered two items and despite the order and card transaction going through, I was later informed the items were no longer available. The system should not have allowed the sale to go through as there was clearly a stock issue. My card was debited despite the company informing me of the stock issue. I then had the inconvience of waiting for a refund despite the order not being processed. The correspondence from the company was mediocre at best. I doubt I will be using this site in haste again.
I grabbed some serious bargains on this site. I ordered great quality genuine men's nike gym wear. It arrived on the Thursday (I ordered late Tuesday night) and was neatly package. I was kept up to date throughout the despatch. All round great service.
