After I thought the item had been shipped, soactive contacted me saying the payment had never been confirmed.So, my order got delayed and I just received it today. January 19th, when I purchased and paid correctly on Nov 28th, last year obviously. ( I know it takes longer to Peru, but last time I bought from a different webpage in the same country it I got my items after 2-3 weeks) In addition, I had to ask for an apology, not that I was happy to do it...

I bought a couple of bits on the 29/12/14 I had an email confirming the items were shipped on the 2/1/15. I have still yet to see these items on 15/1/15. I do realise that this could be down to the courier company, but I did email the so active last week and still no one has bothered to respond to me.
