This isn’t my first time using the service of Scotland Cruise Centre. This is however my first review here. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from the girl who has dealt with my many enquiries and questions. She always came back to me quickly and her attention to detail was excellent. Excellent service. Very helpful and patient with us to ensure that we got the right holiday at the right cost. Spent time listening to all our worries and concerns and ensured we were happy to proceed without being pushy.
There is one main reason for the excellent service we have been given for a number of years and that is Joanna Sykus Balut. Always cheerful, totally professional and efficient. I am sure the rest of the team at SCC are ok, but I insist on all my bookings of speaking to Joanna.

Naomi, the sales consultant was so knowledgeable and helpful and found the cruise I was looking for , at a great Price. I was a bit apprehensive using the cruise centre, as I usually book with the cruise lines direct. No hesitation in recommending the cruise centre. Definitely will be my first port of call if I want to book another cruise
We found the cruise we wanted and decided to contact a few companies to compare deals. Scotland's cruise centre were head and shoulders above the rest. Ally was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't even get a telephone number for one of the other companies. Just an online contact form. Imagine having an emergency and not being able to speak to someone. No hours on hold with SCC either. Calls answered immediately by real agents. Price was competitive anyway but the customer service is a huge factor for me so I would absolutely recommend booking with this company
Nadine was brilliant. Very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we were looking for. The first cruise she mentioned was the one we eventually booked.

You responded to my phone call quickly. You listened to my requested and understood what I wanted. During booking process you prompted us with all the right questions so that extras such as car parking were not missed.
