Staff are always helpful and professional when booking. Prices are always competitive and we would always book through them, because when Covid hit when we were on holiday and had cruise cancelled while we were in Australia. The staff here were able to assist us and get us back home and sorted out our refund.

Craig White was extremely patient with us as dates and places changed during our enquiry. Craig worked hard and came up with a holiday suitable for us.

After a bewildering experience trying to find the right fit for a once in a lifetime cruise, I contacted Scotland's Cruise Center for advice. I was contacted by an agent very promptly and on the basis of a conversation, I was provided with a number of options relating to my enquiry. The agent, Tamsyn, put me in contact with a colleague who had gone on a cruise similar to the one I was considering so that I could put any queries to her and hear her first hand experience. This crystalized my thinking on which cruise to go on and which company to choose. I was so impressed by how Tamsyn dealt with my enquiry and how she subsequently dealt with my booking. I am now looking forward to a dream trip, thanks to the help I received.
