On the whole Riverside Garden Centre is very good competitive pricing etc. Unfortunately on this occasion the courier ( Parcel Force ) let them down badly. Received a call on the supposed day of delivery to say my parcel was out for delivery but it never materialised very poor. Still waiting for delivery 4 days later!

Ordered two weber spare parts with the reference 7444. Received 1 part 7444 and 1 part 7443 (which is for the 47cm BBQ). The order was very clear and all someone had to do was to pick up 2 of the same cartons. Obviously no checking is in place. Called for a replacement which has been received and asked for a refund of the postage of £2.80 - not a word since.

Decided to use riverside as the products I was after was priced the most competitively. Order placed in the afternoon and delivered by 1pm the next day. Couldn't ask for better service. Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered 2 garden chairs via the internet, at the time of ordering their entire stock had suffered flood damage. So rather than send me 2 flood damaged chairs which are for outdoor use anyway they informed me of events and offered me my money back. I waited for the new stock to arrive several months later and these were then supplied to me as soon as Riverside received them from the suppliers and still at the original price. What a Great Company to deal with they could have used the new stock as a reason to charge me more, they didn't! I know of other companies who would have done. Well done Riverside 10 out of 10!!

Ordered the Weber Q1000 BBQ. Item arrived the following day - what an excellent product and what a great price. Would have no hesitation what-so-ever in recommending Riverside Garden. Will definitely visit their website again!

I was so happy that Riverside carries what I wanted and deliver to me as expected. They are prouded Weber dealer and weber is the best bland when it comes to BBQ. I will come back again in future when I need Weber stuffs which may be very near future!
