I ordered three products from Riverside Garden Centre. The pricing for what was looking for was extremely competitive. The complete order to delivery process was simple. I received regular email updates throughout and the delivery was extremely fast (ordered on Sunday arrived on Wednesday). No complaints whatsoever, would recommend this company 110% .

We purchased two new folding chairs for the summer from Riverside Garden Centre. They were not only cheaper than any where else in the UK for the two chairs but hey had them to us within two days !! Excellent service and we would definitely recommend this company and use them again !!

Searched the web for a Weber spare part - Riverside had what I wanted in stock - price was right - ordered - paid - they delivered - all within 36 hours. Simply excellent. My Weber was fired up and ready to go 20 minutes after fitting the new part.

i just wanted to write about the amazing service i received from Russell at Riverside Garden Centre. We purchased a Weber BBQ and when we tried to assemble we wrongly thought some screws were missing and the ignition didnt work. I called them up and was put straight through to the boss who walked me through all the problems which we then resolved; all of this at 5pm on a Friday evening ! i am always very skeptical about buying online because of the very issue of not being able to speak to anyone however i wouldn't hesitate to buy through them again. They also had the best price around and with a next day delivery it was amazing. All in all a very good experience. Thanks to Russell and team.

I have ordered twice from this company now, and on both occasions, the delivery was next business day - without additional delivery charge, yet their prices were the best I could find!!!! Also the emails to let you know the status of the order just keep you totally aware and give great peace of mind... If there is anything I need and Riverside sell it, they will be my first choice...

We ordered this clock because it has a lovely large easy to read dial and were not disappointed. Our only small reservation is whether or not it is a wooden clock as described, because it has a rather plastic appearance. That said it has a fair weight to it, so maybe it is the finish on the wood that makes it look like plastic. All in all though a very handsome clock.

They were selling at a far cheaper price than any other online or in store, and then I discovered free delivery as well! I ordered late in the day, but received an email confirming dispatch that evening and,true to their word, delivery was made the next day - fantastic shopping experience.

I'd looked around for several weeks at the price for a new BBQ. Not only was Riverside's price the best, but I ordered my BBQ on Monday lunchtime and it was delivered on Tuesday morning with free postage. What a fantastic customer service.

GOOD SERVICE AS YOU WOULD EXPECT, BUT THERE COURIER SERVICE LET THE DOWN BIG TIME ( I HAD 2 ITEMS DELIVERED 1 WAS STILL IN PACKAGING AND THE OTHER 1 WAS UNWRAPPED POSSIBLY BY SOMEONE OPENING PACKAGE ON TRANSIT ALSO COURIER COMPANY RUDE DID NOT KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS ONLY IN PROGRESS) I HAVE MADE MY COMPLAINTS KNOWN TO COURIER .

I am so glad that I found Riverside Garden Centre's website as they have great deals on Weber products. I bought a 57' one-touch grill with accessories cheaper than the standalone price of the same product on Amazon and John Lewis. Definitely recommended.
