After a web search for Weber BBQs we came upon Riverside. Price for the Weber Q2200 package was excellent. Ordered on a Friday and delivered at "crack of dawn" on Monday (the next working day). the BBQ was well packaged and the extras we had ordered were separately well boxed. Only comment would be that the description of the contents could have identified the kind of supplied regulator. As this was pre fitted I don't think there would be an option to change from the supplied "patio" type. This BBQ was a replacement for our old Outback which had a totally rusted and holed burner!! We ran this, along with our greenhouse heater using standard threaded regulators (canisters seasonally interchangeable) - so it was a simple matter to cut of the supplied one and replace with the one off the old BBQ. NB: Comment about Weber - they do an "On The Grill" App as shown in their brochure - what they don't tell you is that it is not free but costs £2.99 - a bit naughty when customers are paying for their products. However, in summary, service from Riverside excellent and we will certainly use them for any accessories and will recommend to our friends and family.

We bought two camping folding tables last year and they were of superior quality. We purchased a further table of a similar kind in April and again it was a of superior quality. The service was fast and efficient.

Very elderly series 300 Weber BBQ so didn't think we would be able to replace the grates, but Riverside came up trumps. Good price, no postage (surprising because very heavy and we live in the heart of Wales!) and arrived only 2 days after ordering. Would certainly use them again.
