I am a working woman who has a car that needs repair and I can't understand why the dealerships can't get a better price on parts. It's bad enough you want to whack a sister over the head for labor but geezzzz. Great price now let's try it out on the road.

Ordered windshield wiper refill for my '92 Mercedes. I received the wiper refill (less the steel strips) on June 13. The rubber part of the refill is not useable without the steel strips. I entered into a "chat session" on June 13 an was told another wiper refill would be sent (that included the steel strips) and a return authorization to return the one that was without the strips. Since then I have only received an automated email about return authorization to follow and no other info. I sure hope someone follows through on this situation!!

Oscaro web site was very easy to use. I quickly located and ordered the part I needed. It was a hard to find vw part. The price was good and delivery was quick. I highly recommend Oscaro. I will be ordering here next time I need a part.

The order process was simple and too the point. The only reason I gave 3 stars was due to my order being shipped to the wrong address and city 2,000 miles away. That caused the part I ordered to be out of stock when they reshipped and I was shipped an alternate part overnight. This one time issue will not stop me from ordering parts from this company.

Talked to sales person and told them I would like to order a electric fuel pump and that I had ordered one a year ago and would like to order the same one they checked my last order and said they have one and it was cheaper than last order so I overnighted it and after I received the pump drove 150 miles to put it in only to discover it was not the right pump so I had to find on in area and buy it and install it I will be returning it for credit,

The prices at both commercial(repair shop) parts houses and online ranged from $190 to over $400 delivered to Reno, Nevada,with standard regular shipping times, from all over the country. I found Oscaro by a general online search for BMW parts, called, and was advised the part was in stock and could be shipped the same day for an additional $9.99-and that was the total shipping cost associated with the purchase. Less than twenty-fours hours later, it arrived, and was installed within the hour. Period. Let's see someone beat that. I have been buying car parts since 1962. I will make every effort to purchase future parts from Oscaro. The Service was both friendly and straight-forward, and the part was perfect. What more could one ask for? !!!
