Price for my trailing arms was MUCH better than I could find locally. It looks like most of their parts have been vetted for quality; definitely will buy from again.

Site told me which cabin air filters my cars needed, I ordered, received promptly, installed in my two cars (with only minor problems in installation) so everybody is happy (including my two cars). Good job Oscaro. JBC

4 air filters were packed in a box with no packing material. two of the boxes had opened and filters were partially removed from boxes. fortunately no damage to the filters.

I needed a new coolant reservoir for my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire (Mercedes engine) your price was about half of what Chrysler or Mercedes wanted (after they ordered it). I got my reservoir from you guys in two days with free shipping and it was a genuine Mercedes replacement part.

I was skeptical about the same day shipping and next day delivery claim for $9.99 ...but was very pleasantly surprised to find my order the next day at my door. ordered a steering rack for a friends 2006 subaru imprezza wagon from allen. gave him all the information since subarus tend to be rather confusing as far as models and engine sizes, and asked him to double check before i ordered the part,and he gauranteed me that a 93260m rack would fit. asked if he would like the vin number,and he stated that it would not be necessary. took the rack out yesterday and guess what? it was wrong. had to reinstall the old rack again because he needed the car to go back to collage in gainsville today. talked to tina (very nice and helpfull) and by checking the vin number determined it should have been a 93259m rack. Would have saved myself a lot of labor, if allen would have done his job properly! sincerely klaus
