After weeks of searching the Internet I found oscaro to be the best Internet store available will shop nowhere else

I work for one of the major auto parts chains, so I understand the importance of customer service and you guys nailed it with fast shipping and quality parts, you are now added to my favorites!!

I received my turn signal relay the next day (the shipping center was only 40 miles away). The relay is almost the same as OEM. The only "problem" was the color of the face/button did not exactly match the original's black, very close but not exact. Not a problem because I easily popped it off and put the OEM button in its place.

Everything arrived in good condition and faster than expected . Very satisfied !

What a great shopping experience! I have had problems finding the appropriate parts for my Honda Civic in the past, (because for some reason all the stores keep giving me parts for the hatchback when I have the coupe), so I was a bit hesitant purchasing the ones I found on the site after entering my VIN. After a quick chat session I was put at ease and ordered. I was shocked how quickly my parts arrived and they were a perfect fit. For a busy professional who barely has time to do any work on his car and dislikes going into brick and mortar stores unless they are absolutely necessary I was really pleased with my experience here.

My wiper blades arrived on time and were a Very happy.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the item description and maybe a better picture. I ordered a pair of Bosch wiper blade but really wasn't kind I was getting.

Nice selection of parts I need and the price is better than others. Ordered several items that evening, to my surprise, they called me the next morning to informed me that one of my parts is unavailable and gave me the option to order a replacement or cancel out the order. Oscaro USA provided me with very good quality products at a 1/4 of what it would have cost me to buy locally, after shipping too! I have already recommended them to my friends. They even noticed one of my products was a bit different that the rest that were ordered and called to make sure I didn't make a mistake in ordering.

I needed Mintex brake pads front and rear for a Volvo wagon. I ordered them online just after noon time on Monday , paid a few bucks more for over night delivery delivery and had them before 10 the next morning! This new customer says "thanks" for the excellent service.
