I'm a computer guy who doesn't know much about car. I called and was shocked to speak to an actual person opposed to a automated machine. the young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered my parts and received them with 3 days. Warranty was include, I took my new Catalytic Converter to Midas they installed it with no issues.
