After checking with well-known web sites to get an idea of price for an item I want to buy I than perform a search by putting the title in the search bar. The first page or two of that search is the big name stores so I keep going looking for lesser known stores and checking pricing as I go. It takes time and many pages of the search but I most often find what I am looking for. Enter Oscaro. Than I do a search on the store I found to make sure it is a reliable, safe choice. I ordered three items late evening. The next morning I received a call from Oscaro to advise me one of the items was out of stock. Because of the experiences most of us have endured dealing with on-line stores my mind immediately went “here we go”. I kept my mouth shut and let the nice man explain the situation. To my surprise he was offering a well-known brand name part with a lower price to replace the well-known brand name part I ordered OR I could cancel the part altogether. I was flabbergasted. This nice, well-spoken man was not doing a bait and switch or any other dastardly dead. He was apologetic, sincere, and his only concerned was my satisfaction. Wow, glad I kept my mouth shut. So, now you know how I feel about Oscaro. Price, customer service with integrity and fast shipping made for a very pleasant transaction. I will be back.

My husband and I were very happy with our experience with Oscaro. From the first phone call to delivery of our item, everything was as promised. I was very happy with the phone representatives that I dealt with they made the ordering process simple and hassle free.

Oscaro sent the correct part to me, on time. Ity was aftermarket and fit correctly with no issues. However, subsequent visits to their website are pretty confusing. I realized I lucked in to the part which I was seeking as I have not been able to get the proper parameters entered in a way the site recognizes. I have since purchased two additional parts for my old Mercedes, that I just couldn't find in Oscaro. Not even the category! So... love what I got... Doubt I will try to plow through the site again unless the need is desperate.

I was looking for a voltage regulator to repair my alternator I input the part number into my browser and Oscaro was the company that had the part. I placed the order and when in two days I received the part install it ran a check on my alternator and all is good. The two day turn a round surprised me but I was extremely happy and would recommend using this company in the future.
