Signed up for a couple of CPD courses, Had Dylan on the phone, very welcoming, reassuring and managed to get me the best deal for my current situation. When I had questions, Ian was right on it and answered them quickly and to the point. The quality of the courses seems to be very high, infographics are easy to understand and the text is to the point also. The use of charts helps a lot and there are video explanations for further aid. Very happy so far

I've had the pleasure of being assessed by Kirsty for both my level 2 and level 3 practical assessments now, and both times Kirsty was very welcoming, and made us feel comfortable which is important when being assessed to eliminate nerves. An all round great experience!
