the person that helped give me advice in regards to understanding how to showcase my results was Jemma and she really helped break it down so that it was easy to understand all whilst not giving me the answers so it helped me learn all whilst guiding me
Jemma was amazing with her online support . Really friendly and informative. Nothing was to much for her . Really helped with my queries. Thanks Jemma 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you to Abbie who helped me with my questions as well as allowing me to learn in the process, this kind of help is much appreciated.
My tutor support experience was great, support which I received from Abbie was great and helpful.
Please do not buy this course. It is badly written. Origym will present it to you that you can finish it within 6 weeks, that is impossible. you don’t have access to tutors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They take hours to reply to your questions and reply at ridiculous times. They give you feedback that doesn’t even make sense.
Don’t waste your time! I work in the NHS so have a very good understanding of the body and how it works. Did this course teach me anything of value… NO! This course does not in any way help you to become a PT, it more of a check list and tick box kind of training. Death by PowerPoint comes to mind. I spent so much money on this course and wish I never bothered! So please take my advice save your money! Even my mother in law looked at half of the questions and as a nurse she though it all looked ridiculous
Great friendly and informative staff. Spoke to a person named Shak who was really helpful and answered all my questions.
My assessment and assessor (Harry) was both fun to execute and helpful in its execution. The instructions were simple and straight and his feedback was helpful in improving my skill further. I will say, whoever has Harry as an assessor in the future will be lucky to know you’re in good hands
Currently on my way home after completing my level 3 PT course. I completed L2 gym instructor in the London venue two weeks ago. I want to say a huge thank you to my assessor. She was brilliant. She will know who she is, but I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves because she made the experience as stress free and pleasant as possible. While pushing my knowledge and putting my mental and physical capabilities to the test. My entire origym experience has been wonderful from beginning til now.
Ian was quick to respond and help with the query i had with the module .Great service
I had completed 80% of the Level 2 course and one of the online tutors, Harry, helped me get access to Level 3 in very short order. Polite and very efficient and excellent service. Origym always have excellent form.
Ryan was very helpful and informative. Many thanks!
I signed up to Origym as there was an option of part time study and that Origym "provided the client" for the assessment. Although in reality this was another person doing the assessment that day so I felt a bit misled about this from the sales person. I also found the sales person very pushy about getting people sign up although other companies are the same in this respect. I did find the online training very dated with lots of text to read with an option for audio. I found that the access does not last after course is complete so I spent quite a while coping all the text over to MS Word. This was quite a slow process I did find that the training material did prepare me reasonably well for the two exams but I can't say the same thing for the assessment. The training exercise have really short videos using a computer character and the exercise points were very short. I attended a training session at Colchester but I found the venue not really that suitable as it had low ceiling, no floor space, unusual machines and very loud music. When it came to my assessment a week later I was first the client then immediately after that I was the instructor. I was marked down about lack of feedback to the client but I felt the course did not really give me enough knowledge on this point. What to say to someone if they are doing the exercise well? Also the loud music certainly did not help when I'm quietly spoken. I really did think to myself why I am doing this and do I really want to work in a gym? I found myself really under pressure and the assessor stopped me a few times over my lack of feedback. I would recommend that they expand on the assessment section like do a video on the correct way to show a client a lat pulldown + suitable feedback when client tries it out similar to the videos on the CV exercises. Also some of the questions on the training can be hard to get right when there a multiple false / true and only tells you if the full set is correct or not. Also would also to have the option of printed material if even I need to pay more. Also would like to have a better venue and thought the client would be another staff member.
Really helpful tutors on the live chat. Thorough responses and a great way to be able to quicky ask a question. Chloe was great!
Jo was so friendly and helpful - she answered all my questions and provided the information I was looking. Great service!
Harry was so helpful and clear in the explanations
Adam Gough who was my examiner at my L3 practical assessment, was very helpful and when I stressed he helped me a lot and got me back on track. And I passed. Thank you Adam From Dorian
The response was great from the tutor online, Joe S. Very helpful and helped me straight away.
I started my course with Origym a few weeks ago and although it is challenging, I am having lots of fun with it and I am learning a lot. The structure of the course and the learning tools available are very easy to follow and I recieved online support from a tutor named Aime Louise who has been absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend Origym any higher. They are fantastic.
Booked an appointment with a tutor yesterday and had the appointment today. AJ was really helpful and has sorted out my query within 10 minutes. It's really put my mind at rest and I'm super happy.
