I booked on for a qualification and it then I got so ill that I: 1.) couldn’t even attempt to try it 2.) have to leave the fitness industry and now I have to pay for a qualification I haven’t even attempted

Do not use this company. They sold me a fake yoga course. One that didn’t have credentials. But one of the team said they did. They took £1000 off of me I never attended one session and tried to cancel. And to this day they are asking me to pay them for a course I never attended, and they have £1000 from me. Awful company do not use

Poor quality E-learning platform with pathetic customer service The quality of their so-called " innovative Learning platform" is below standards, totally outdated, and inefficient. I had requested a PDF version of the study materials to facilitate the learning process and was told that they don't have it available. I had taken two online courses at another institution before that and there was no issue getting PDF formats so wanted to know what the problem was. I've written to their support team several times and asked for a manager however I got contacted by a yoga instructor instead. I emailed support team requesting info about their cancelation policy also and received what seemed to be an automatic reply advising me to email support tem!!! In the end, I got another email from a real tutor but it did not include their cancellation policy. Instead, they referred me to p. 25 of their Students Handbook which happened to be a complete mess and says nothing about refunds on the page in question. Based on my experience with their learning platform and customer service provided, I truly doubt these courses have been created and/or managed in the UK.

Just taken my L3 in Liverpool today and passed! The Limitless gym and Origym staff were all super helpful and welcoming which helped settle the nerves. The assessment was very through, but my assessor Abbie Rummens Greenwood was supportive and clear with expectations and gave very positive, constructive and helpful feedback following my assessment.
