My assessment day was held in Liverpool with Origym. Shak my instructor was a cool and professional man, easing my day and leaving me feeling good about my time there. They were quick to resolve the issue of a no show, and partnered me up with another student(s) I would definitely recommend, and if needed I would happily travel just shy of 2 hours to the Origym in Liverpool Thank you 🙏

Overall it was a great experience. In the beginning we had the chance to get to know each other, change some useful information an experiences which was very helpful for the assessment. Hazel explained effective and clear everything we needed to know in order to feel confident during the session.

Just want to say a great big thankyou to you all at Origym for the support you gave me over the phone. Especially Joanna Mrzewa. She was the first point of contact this morning on the phone. I was struggling with some information and was distressed. She was absolutely great. She was calm, caring and very patient and understood my point of view. Its people like Joanna who are a credit to your organisation and obviously the team that she liaised with which allowed me to obtain the downloads that were not accessible for some reason.
