Awful course materials. No understanding of neurodivergence. Dreadful customer service when I tried multiple times to get the resources I needed. Needs an overhaul and training for all HQ staff.

I had a great experience with Origym today in Liverpool , as I passed my Level 3 personal trainer assessment , the assessor Jemma was very approachable and made the experience a lot less daunting would recommend Origym to everyone

I completed my level 3 assessment today in Liverpool with Jemma, she was professional, polite and supportive throughout. Jemma puts you at ease and explains the assessment process in detail, she also provided me with constructive feedback after which I will take away thank you.

Emailed them 2 times requesting information on their bonfire bundle and the black friday bundle via email and their contact form on the website and have been ignored every time. Clearly not interested in new customers.

Overall very happy with the course. I got a bit stuck on one assignment and contacted Origym through the online chat. I then received a call from Kirsty who was able to explain the exercise very clearly and answer any questions I had. Impressed with the tutor service and how quickly my questions were answered.

I have completed 3 courses with Origym and I couldn't be happier. Every tutor, everyone i came across was beyond friendly and helpful. The courses contain great amount of theory and knowledge but also preparing for reality. I loved that I could do it at my own pace and all assignments had been corrected in a very timely manner. Also assessors gave plenty of feedback and additional information which I appreciated even more. I'd 100% recommend Origym if you are considering a career in fitness!

Had a great experience with Abbie so when you find the right person at Origym it can be great. However, no amount of good customer service can compensate for other operational problems. The reason Ihad to contact them was because their system doesn't allow uploads of the very formats they send out documents in. They tell you to download a very suspect bit of Chinese software to enable uploading of simple pdfs. In addition the patchy quality of the materials is frustrating. Every module I've been through has issues - some minor, some much worse so you have to spend a lot of time clarifying lessons on other sites if you really want to learn from the material rather than just pay lipservice to it to get your qualification.

Harry was very helpful with my problem on a question and took hinted me with a guide on how to conquer it. Couldn't fault him

Jemma was my assessor for my L2 assessment on Saturday and she made me feel at ease straight away before starting the assessment. She clearly explained the criteria and what things she'd be looking for so that I fully understood what I needed to show. She then gave very useful feedback after the assessment had finished about which things I could carry into my L3 exam.

Friendly, professional service and helped my to resolve some queries. Support was excellent.

Amielouise tutor was amazing, spent awhile with me focusing on how I should redo my program card, answering any questions I had and reassured me.

I’ve been attending the level 3 Sports massage workshops in London and just wanted to mention that our tutor Dave has been amazing for all 3 workshops, he has made the sessions not only enjoyable but really easy for me to follow and understand, he is is also very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the practical element of the course so much.
