Let's face it... this website is more or less a dropbox alternative. I personally like it better due to options for unlimited storage and bandwidth which dropbox did not offer. I also enjoy building your own plans and earning features such as direct linking. Overall very positive.

I had used Open Drive a few years ago but found the interface, and customer service less that stellar. A UI overhaul has made loading files much easier. And customer service has been attentive and timely when I've submitted any questions.

Became a fan of OpenDrive after I found out that I can use direct hotlinking, so now I have a place to store all of my necessary blog elements and images without using a dedicated server.
I set this up on an iMac 27 and found out the hard way that it was not really backing up and synchronizing files. I cancelled service but was refused a refund because I'd failed to troubleshoot the problem. Given my loss of data, I was not willing to spend more time with this terrible product.
