The dye from lower portion of dress transfered during manufacturing or shipping into the top 2/3 white portion of the wedding dress. Had light blue and pink tie dye effect. Company would not return my $. Only I store credit. I want my $ returned. Will call my credit card company.
Never been shipped an actual dress, foolish lies and rude customer service. I wish a had read all reviews on that company before ordering. all the good rating reviews are written by them. Lost 798 usd, my occasion is one week time and i have nothing to wear, no money and time to buy another dress! I was promised a refund, but seems like it was a joke. They should be burnt in hell!
This company is absolutely disgraceful. I do not know how they get away with even having a company. They take your money and do not send out the dress! I am taking them to court!
they are thieves I bought a dress was available when I asked customer service, but then after I bought the dress, they said the dress will ship beyond the wear date, I canceled the order one month ago, and still didn't get my money back..although I contacted them by email millions times, they respond with the same cool response that is not helpful I read a lot of reviews had the same story dont trust and buy from them its spam
This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am a buyer from England and I have had problem after problem. I bought a dress from them when it came it looked NOTHING like the picture. I sent it back and they would not refund me despite my complaints and me sending pictures of the dress. They offered me store credit for me to order another dress which I did. they then took over $200 extra from my account which I had to wait to be refunded back to me. They also charged me postage when I had an email saying it was free postage! It is just a JOKE. I am telling you please avoid this company. A month later I am STILL waiting for my dress and they don't know where is its been "processing" for 2 weeks now!! They have my money I have no dress. TOTAL SCAM FRAUDULENT TIME WASTERS. KEEP AWAY!!!
Rita was very helpful in every way getting pictures of the dress from the warehouse so I could see the back of the dress, the color of the dress and helped with any questions I had along the way. Great job Rita! I hope the delivery is as reliable and the quality of the dress matches the great service I received.
After i had to literally harrass them ans ask them to send me an email apologising for the delay which they eventually did they are still unable to redeem themselves. They have another long story about my dress being deliverd this week. we all know that this week ends day after tomorrow and my dress was supposed to actually be delivered to my cousin this week. They've used the newyork snow storm and every possible excuse. I know they are lying. I have told them in principle and in law they should be offering a refund. There is no proof that the have ordered the dress. They are not willing to provide you with any either. Ask them for the designers contact and they will not provide you with it. they are a fraud. i highly beleive any good reviews are doctored as the bad ones seem to be gaining strength. Avoid them like a plague!! Do not order from them!!! Fraudsters!!
When I placed my order (on a Sunday) the site said the dress would ship within the week! Once I went through and placed the order the dress said 10-12 weeks. I IMMEDIATELY contacted by phone and asked about the time frame which they confirmed it would not make it in time for the wedding. The representative I spoke with said she did not have authorization to cancel but I could call the next morning (Monday) to cancel with no problem since the order was pending and was not sent to the designer yet. The order was put on hold until I called in the morning. Meanwhile I chatted in on the website and was told the exact same thing. The next morning when I called they said they could not cancel and the only options I had were to cancel for 50% cancellation fee or store credit. I waited 3 days for a manager to contact me back and had to request one 3 times. Once I got a response they were very unhelpful. My order did not cause any inconvenience to this company whatsoever and in order to get any money back I had to just give them half for NO PRODUCT! I decided to go with that option because I will NEVER use the store credit with that company. I truly hope they enjoy the free money because based on the reviews I have read, they apparently really need it.
DO NOT BUY from this company. They lure you in with seemingly amazing deals and prices, take your money in seconds and then things just go from bad to worse. I ordered my wedding dress from this despicable company, the most important dress ever may I add, and really wish I hadn't. After first having a bout of e-mail conversations because they kept getting my delivery address wrong and seeing reviews of the site after I ordered, it seems this is a common problem and they try get you to pay for THEIR mistake. The dress cost nearly $900, not mega money but nowhere near cheap. Finally we got the address sorted, so things may be ok I thought, how wrong I was. We were told the dress would take 3 months to deliver because it needed to be made from the supplier, Mori Lee, so imagine my surprise when it came within 3 weeks!! Alarm bells should have rang then, but, the dress was the one I ordered in the right size so hey, all these bad reviews must be wrong? No. The dress was kept in my in-laws spare bedroom, in a wedding dress cover, out of direct sunlight and no damp ever present in their 25 years of living there, it's a modern house with no signs of water, damp, mould or anything else that could affect the dress. It wasn't in plastic as we know this can cause problems. After 4 months, the stones binding became discoloured and very nearly RUINED the dress!!! This dress was faulty, plain and simple. We have spoken to Mori Lee directly who stated this would not happen to their dresses after such a short time, if at all. They have dresses on their shop rails for months, in shop windows for months, all in sunlight and none of those had this happened on, even the material wasn't that faded considering some were sat in direct sunlight every day. So they advised us that the dress may be an imitation. We contacted missesdressy as soon as we saw this problem and asked for a replacement, not even a refund at first, but if we couldn't receive a replacement then a full refund for faulty goods seemed fair. Well, the reply simply said no, in not many more words. It's out of their hands and not their fault apparently. Well it's certainly not ours, so who is to blame??? You supplied us with faulty goods!! Also, we live in the UK and were told, by Mori Lee they shouldn't have supplied the dress to us outside of their jurisdiction, USA i presume? Not being from the States we are not familiar with their laws so don't know how best to approach this situation, any advice would be greatly received. If this happened in the UK it would already have been sorted with no problems, after all, the goods were faulty! This company takes your money and then doesn't care anymore. This is abhorrent when you consider the types of dresses they are selling, wedding dresses, prom dresses etc. I have lost so many nights sleep and cried more tears than I thought possible, the wedding is in May and we have no time and definitely no more money to buy a new wedding dress. Wedding dress. The most important dress in my life. Maybe it's my own fault for seeing what appeared to be a bargain and falling for their lies. Maybe it's my own fault for trusting a company to supply me with non-faulty goods. I say again faulty. Avoid this company at all costs, spend a little bit more money and go to a genuine retailer to avoid all the stress, tears, anger and sleepless nights I have had because of this horrendous company. I have no more energy to argue with emotionless money grabbers.
I live in Australia and bought a wedding dress from MissesDressy.com in September 2015 - It was a special order so I had to wait a few months for delivery. In October 2015 I received a parcel and it contained the wrong dress - I contacted Customer Service and they provided their account details for DHL and asked me to send the incorrect parcel back to the United States - I had to organise everything from my end with DHL, after I send the parcel I received an invoice from DHL for $151 AUD ($108 USD) for the freight charges because the number provided by MissesDressy was an invalid account - I contacted the customer service team multiple times, by phone, email, chat - constantly for over 1 month and they would just say "sorry for the inconvenience, we are looking into the issue" after a while they started ignoring all my emails - no one ever replied to give me an update - I had to pay the DHL invoice out of my own pocket - I paid for their mistake because they sent me the wrong dress! Absolute thieves - they get the dress back, sell it to someone else, make a profit and ignore all my emails. I wish I knew better and not sent it back - I would have saved so much money. Terrible business, worst customer service. I would never recommend the website to anyone! Please save yourself the money and stress and shop somewhere else. I've never had a worse online shopping experience. It's not worth the risk shopping from this website to save a few dollars.
Actually, this is the best site on the net, the majority of respects, customer service, credibility, treatment. In addition to the amazing dresses, raw materials, the quality of cloth, design, amazing! I almost hit a go crazy was I told my friends about it, and hold your breath for hours on your website. Soon I'm going to dress purchased from the site. I wish you further prosperity and progress.
I ordered a potential wedding dress from this site. It's a scary thing to purchase a wedding gown without trying it on, so I was specifically looking for a site that had a return policy. ON THE ACTUAL ITEM PAGE, in the details, this site said "Returns: 3-day, store credit". However, within 5-10 minutes of making the purchase, I asked customer service to confirm that return policy and how it works in case I needed it and they told me that it was a final sale, no returns. When I asked to cancel my order, they then told me that I had agreed to the policy which states that it is a 50% fee to cancel an order. Outrageous! Who does that?! AND, when I think they misled me with their information, the appropriate thing would be to allow me to cancel OR at least honor what the website said. So, now I have a dress, that I ended up not liking that much that I'm stuck with. UGH! I'll never use them again.
I found a beautiful wedding dress & I noticed that my size and measurements are different from what was available on the size chart! Thanks to Rita who answered my emails & phone calls quickly & assured me that I have to order one size up. I received the dress in less than 10 days & it fits me perfectly!
