I was looking to treat myself to a Rolex for my birthday and had no idea what I wanted. I came across Luxe Watches online. I had a few conversations on the phone where they made some suggestions of different models I may like. After I had some time to think on it I went in store and I could not fault the experience one bit. I was offered refreshments and was made to feel very welcome. I have visited other watch shops in the past and they made you feel like you could not afford what they had in store, but I did not feel this way at Luxe. After some time (I am such an indecisive person they had so much patience with me thank you) finally decided on a Datejust which I am so happy with. I will definitely be going back as they had some nice jewellery pieces I had my eye on aswell. Thank you for a great experience 😊👍🏼

I was looking to purchase my first Patek and have been browsing the market for quite a while. I had a plethora of questions as admittedly im quite fussy, however the team were very professional and really gave me confidence to help make my purchase. Im over the moon with my 5712, it’s all I imagined it to be. The condition of the watch was better than I expected and they went the extra mile to explain how the moon phase should be set up, in fact they pre-set it for my convenience. If you are looking for in depth honest and genuine advice on your next watch purchase I would highly recommend. This will not be my last visit.
