We ordered a Phil & Ted's Navigator buggy package from this shop. We live in Germany and ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered by Tuesday. The online shop is easy to navigate and our delivered order was as promised. My only complaint is that we weren't given a tracking number or any shipping information after the stroller was despatched, so it wasn't until the morning of the delivery when the delivery company (DPD) contacted us with our delivery window did we know when it was coming. But, as I said, it turned out well and the delivery was very prompt!

The product I ordered (marked as in stock online) was not in stock and hence I was offered a different colour or a refund. Even still, this was dealt with in a courteous and honest way. Otherwise the service was flawless.

Really great customer service. The item I ordered wasn't in stock so they called and arranged an upgraded product at no extra charge. The delivery was great, plenty of opportunity to change dates and texted on the morning with a 1hr slot (and the delivery did actually come in that hour!)

Purchased on Friday, arrived on Tuesday. Stock was allocated correctely and delivery time was accurate to the hour

Arrived in two working days so very pleased. Item was in excellent condition, helpful staff over the phone, would order from again.

Over the moon with their service. Primarily very competitive on their pricing secondly called me within 4 hours of placing my order to confirm if someone would be at home to receive my delivery. Would not get this from a Kiddicare or John Lewis or Mothercare. Also received a 1 hour slot text the next day to confirm when the delivery would take place. I did not need to stay at home all day waiting for the parcel. I am well pleased and would highly recommend them. For a change dealing with people as against a call centre,

This will be our first child and having asked friends for advice, we felt confused by the overload of diffrent information and advise on what to buy and how much to spend. It was all a bit duanting so my wife thought we would see what these people had to say. We booked a free consultation (which was more of a freindly chat) during which the lady asked us about our needs and expectations and worked out all the essentials baby products that we will require and equally important, which items we could probably do without. She managed to sort eveything out well within our budget and we found that we had money left over to spend on other things. It was so nice to just get everthing sorted in one go. Now we can look forward to the fun part!

It arrived 2 working days after being dispatched which I was very impressed with especially because it was being shipped outside the UK. Ordered a black Kiddy Guardian Pro2 car seat online at about 10.30pm, having researched thoroughly online and found Just Kidding to be offering the most competitive price. The following morning I got a phone call saying that the last one they had in stock in black was unfortunately damaged. I was offered an immediate full refund or choice of 2 other colours they had in stock, so I opted for the black & grey. The car seat was delivered to me the next morning. I could not ask for better communication, better service or quicker delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend Just Kidding to anyone looking for quality products at competitive prices with a first class service.
