I ordered items as they were listed as 'in stock' and speedy delivery. This however was not the case & items had to be ordered from the supplier, hence a week later I am still awaiting notification of a delivery date. Just kidding did contact me re this however. I also did not receive email confirmation of my purchase.

Purchased a Britax car seat and they were by car the cheapest and best customer service I have had in a long time. Extremely friendly and helpful, I will be returning as soon as I need another item. Many thanks Justin

order something on your website is always easy, you really read the notes customer leaves and pay attention to it. The delivery was at home on the time and date I was told, which makes things easier.

Having had the store recommended to me by a passer-by who I was having a discussion about buggies with in Brent Cross, I can see why it was recommended! I went in there 3 times at various intervals to have a look at possible buggy options for my twin boys due in a month, and each time I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of all the staff. Very approachable if you have questions, but equally happy to leave you to browse if that's what you want. And the prices easily beat some of the better known high street stores such as mothercare etc. Great shopping experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. I will certainly be going back up there again to pick up the remainder of the bits I need to furnish my nursery!

I would consider this the best baby store in the area. A personal service is given, nothing is too much trouble and all items are of an excellent standard. So far we have purchased the pram, nursery furniture and other smaller items from this store and they have been fantastic. They are even holding some items that we are unable to store due to a house move so that we get the most convenience from their service. I would especially recommend them for twin families as they have been invaluable in assisting us choose items, I would also point out that they don't make you feel like you need to buy the most expensive item in the store, they give you honest reviews about the products too which was fantastic. I could not recommend them enough.
