Horrible rude staff - principally Florence Smith - I made an enquiry and she decided to be disrespectful. When I brought it to the attention of another member of staff, she sided with her and told me I lied about the situation.

I have been attending HSH for a month and their service is second to none. From the warm smile of Natalie on reception to the excellent service from Rokhsar my audiologist. After a good talk about my needs Rokhsar came up with the perfect solution. I am delighted with the service from HSH and they offer great value for money.

I visited the Harley Street hearing clinic today not knowing what to expect as I went in for various balancing tests. I was looked after by a young lady named Rosin who was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable about the procedures. She explained everything throughly and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Once the tests were complete she then explained the results and put my mind at ease. Thanks again.

I just love the staff at Harley Street Hearing. Unfortunately I lost one of my hearing aids and was thinking it would take a few weeks to sort out. Imagine my surprise and delight to find my new hearing aids ready and waiting for me. I was so happy! The staff are very knowledgeable, very empathetic to your situation, I have usher Syndrome so it’s really important that O have the best support available. Nothing is too much trouble and I left a very happy customer.
