Whenever I'm contacted the staff are always friendly and helpful but in a professional way. I have spoken with the same person (Luke) on several occasions which is also very reasurring. I always get lots of relevant information and I feel confident they are doing the best for me.

Helpful consultant who quoted me a much better price than my present supplier, who then phoned me back with an even better price which he had negotiated with our present supplier so that they kept our business. Couldn't ask for anything more

Everything was so great I couldn't help worrying a tiny bit that I had been somehow scammed, but it was all legit.

A phone call from Craig at the Energy Advice Line was received by me first thing on Monday morning. My husband sent an e mail to the company on Sunday evening! How prompt was that. An excellent response time. Craig dealt with me very professionally, politely and patiently. (I'm a bit of an old girl and need to be dealt with that way!) Thank you Craig, for your help in searching for a cheaper electricity tariff, for us. Even though we use minimal electricity you still managed to save us money! And there is no charge whatsoever for this service. Amazing!

Got a call within minutes of entering my details on the web site. Their representative was very friendly and helpful and wasn't at all pushy. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we managed to agree the transfer of my electricity contract to another supplier at a decent rate. They even provided the termination letter for sending to my current supplier.
