We have only good experiences of Energy Advice Line, with Liam Wade and colleagues. We have used them now for at least three years and on each visit we have made some savings.

I would especially like to thank Liam for his patience in having to wait until I was in a position timewise to deal with our energy contract. He listened, checked details and helped me make an informed decision, which unusually was not the cheapest but was right for our business needs

Having never dealt with business power supplies before, finding a new electricity supplier for our Scout Group was a real eye opener. Compared with the domestic supply market, it is a real minefield without the benefit of independent comparison sites. After falling for a couple of major suppliers hiding behind sites apparently offering independent advice, I was fortunate to find the Energy Advice Line. They were straight-talking, took time to understand my circumstances and needs, and found me a really good deal that not only saves me money now, but should save even more in years to come as electricity inevitably rise.

Craig Shepherd was very helpful. He provided us with a number of quotes to look through, gave us his opinion and helped us to switch to the tariff of our choice with the minimum of fuss.

Dealing with Luke Frohlich was a real pleasure. He made the whole process very simple. We were very satisfied with the deals offered and he explained the process and dealt with the technical issues In a clear and understandable fashion.

I have an ongoing working relationship with Liam and therefore he knows that there are times when he calls me that I am unable to take his call due to work pressures. Never to be daunted, he will continue to make the calls until he gets a suitable time to speak to me to make sure that we are getting the best possible deal on our energy prices. I am always pleased to speak to Liam and he explains all the price structure in detail. I am glad to have someone like him looking after our business interest. Thanks a million Liam

I have been dealing with The Energy Advice Line for more than five years. I have always found them to be professional and willing to go that extra yard to get the right deal for my business, which is unusual for a free service. Our account handler, Craig Shepherd, is courteous, efficient and always comes up with 'the goods' - the amount of money Craig has saved my company over the years is phenomenal and I am extremely grateful.

Craig at Energy Adviceline has been very helpful and useful in contacting me (and reminding me where I have been very busy) to make sure our energy needs have been reviewed and compared to make sure we are getting the best possible price, and where applicable moving to a more preferential rate/supplier before the auto renewal dates.
