Ordered gloves and sock before the 19th (last shipping day as clearly detailed on their Website. arrived on the 22nd as Dales stated when placing the order. Then ordered another pair of mitts after the last shipping date and they were good enough to email to confirm the post Christmas delivery date. Can’t ask for more?

Original post I paid for next day delivery to ensure I had my granddaughters helmet in plenty of time for Christmas I am still waiting 7 days later !! Updated post I received a call from Dales immediately after posting the review, I cannot thank them enough for their prompt service - it was not Dales who had the problem it was Royal mail who had sent the parcel to Carlisle when it should have been delivered in Bristol - it took Royal Mail 4 days to sort. Well done Dales on your excellent service

Great service and great communication from the store on the progress of my order. My only criticism is that the packaging surrounding the bike was loose and the bike was free to moving around in transit risking damage (in fact the delivery guy delivered the bike 90 degrees to the norm hence how I noticed that the bike was moving around when I came to re-orientate the box. Fortunately, there appears to be no mechanical or cosmetic damage :-)

Good price for the bike however, after 4 days I hadn't heard anything other than the confirmation email. Worried I had ordered from a dubious web site I called. The order seems genuine I was informed the order is due to be sent in another 10 days. Not quite the 1-3 days as per web site. It is Christmas so could well be a bit behind? So long as it arrives by Dec 23 all will be well.

great dealing with these guys, ordered my bike which was 200 quid cheaper than any of the big boys, received it 3 days later. They seem to have stopped replying to any correspondence since i bought the bike which is why i gave them 4 stars and not 5, so the follow up service is below par
