I have bought before and accessories are genuine and good prices, telephone service is excellent from Andy and images of products were e-mailed. parts fitted without any problems. the only area of improvement would be collection of parts from york road. if one person is off then collection not possible. although I will use them again as first choice for accessories.

Great customer service, I had problems getting through on the phone, kept getting the answer machine, they did get back to me! Only real downside was the stoneacre I had the item delivered to failed to tell me it was there to be collected! I had to chase it up myself! But Andy at car accessories plus was very helpful!

I recently bought a Kia car mat set and boot mat for the Sportage. Prices matched eBay and I chose to have them delivered to my nearest Stoneacre dealership (not far away from me, much more convenient than delivery) and this also saved on postage costs. Ordered at 8am on Wednesday, but not available for collection until Monday afternoon - so a little slower than I had hoped. All round, pretty good experience. Would use again (assuming I did not need the accessories in a hurry).
Have used the site twice, goods have arrived around 5 to 7 days after ordering, goods are well packed and cheaper then ordering from the main retailers, will use them again if I see something I need on their site.
Ordered a car boot liner for my Vauxhall Agila to help protect the boot with taking the dog to and from the park. Site was very well priced and cant fault the ease of the buying process. The only slight thing was that the delivery time was about a week and i'd expect quicker really.
