I purchased 4 Volvo car mats and they arrived in a Volvo branded box. Good price. Easy and effortless to buy from. Very pleased with the product. The reason for only 3 stars and not 5 is that I require a VAT invoice. I've sent emails and zero response. Not difficult is it? I've clicked on the My Account tab on my confirmation email and it links to a 404 Page Not Found. Also, premium rate 0844 number to contact. It's not all about sales. Customers service is equally important.

I have purchased several times from Caraccessoriesplus and have always found them to be a very reliable supplier. I had for some time tried to obtain new carpets for my DS5 DSport from the Citroen dealership the supplier of my new car, but unfortunately I was told that it was not possible to obtain accessories from Citroen at the present time and they had none in stock apart from plain ones, I also wanted a set of mudflaps, but these were also unavailable. I then searched online and found Caraccessoriesplus who listed Citroen accessories, I sent them an email to confirm that the parts supplied were genuine Citroen parts and they replied within hours, they also supplied a PDF of fitting instructions for a front and rear set of Mudflaps. I first started using this company when i had an I40. I purchased several accessories at reasonable prices. Transactions were straight forward and easy enough. However i later sold that car for the MK5 Mondeo. I made several enquiries regarding accessories for this vehicle and received no replies. I then visited the site several times and found them advertising that "accessories would be available soon" on their home page, along with the new focus. I waited again and made further enquiries but still no replies. Lately i have noticed they advertise parts on the site for the Mondeo, but no details available. Also pop ups saying there was nothing under this category, which i can't understand why you would advertise a category for a vehicle and not have any accessories in that category? So to be honest, not that impressed with the customer service side, it went down hill fast.

Already about a year ago I have purchased a set of roof bars for my S Max. Product was delivered fast and safely. Genuine Ford product, not cheap imitation. Did the job well, took my roof box on the top of these bars to Spain 2 times now, very happy with the purchase, will definitely deal again!
