It's quite funny to get a review request 4 years after I made a purchase. I bought 2 transformers and they work fine though the breakers are a bit too sensitive when being switched on as the attached equipment spikes and flips the circuit breaker off, so have to turn on the circuit breaker slowly first and then attach the equipment I want to use. Quality seems ok even though I had read some poor reviews.

I bought an Oppo multi-region blu ray player. I've had it for 2 1/2 years-no problems. I definitely recommend Oppo, and I also highly recommend Bombay Electronics.

I ordered a cd player for use in Europe, relying on the product description on the internet. Although the brand was unknown to me (REI} liked the low price and took a chance on ordering. Very happy, player worked out of the box, good quality, plays all my regular and blueray cds from the states. Would buy again from this company.

Customer interaction over the phone is quite satisfactory, smooth and easy with less friction. They are quite polite and patient. Always ready to answer every query with thoroughness and patience.

Hope you never need service-the player worked 2 times than stopped working. The rma was given quickly-took many calls to get the rma-thantook over 2 months to get it back-many phone calls-and many promises to ship back but was told many lies when it would be repaired and returned when they finally exchanged the player. This was bought to take on family vacation -but didn't make it in time. I bought an extended warranty and was told it was no longer valid as they exchanged players-?????? I would never ever buy from these folks re my service experience!!👎

I got email yesterday from Bombay Electronics asking me for a review. This is a little odd, as I bought the unit from them about two years ago. I assume this firm is being run by the same folks today, but I don't know. Anyway, the Panasonic device functions perfectly. I have viewed Russian and UK DVD's in it without problems. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I bought a Region free Blu-ray player from Bombay electronics. They continued to support firmware updates a few years after the purchase. Responsive to email requests.

"Thank you for your recent purchase from [us]. To improve the satisfaction of our customers, we have partnered with the online review community, Trustpilot, to collect reviews." I certainly have no "recent purchase" from this company. If my memory serves me, I think I purchased two pieces from them perhaps ten years ago. That puts this request in the category of SPAM and speaks very poorly of the company's ability to deal correctly with its customers.
