Always treated decently by customer service! The problems I have had are with the product line! I purchased a Sony region free Blu Ray players 4 yrs ago! After 1 month's time it would stop playing consistantly! Sent it in for repairs but sometimes the screen erratically goes blank! Can't figure out the problem to this present day!
One of two $350 220v--120V transformers defective, discovered after paid for move to Europe, customs duty, etc. Should have been verified before shipped to customer.

I bought an Oppo for multi region multi purpose so thanks to Bombay electronics I can enjoy watching what I like and listening in high quality . When there was a problem they had a ready solution and at no expense as well as fast . I'm sure if I need them again they'll be ready. Thanks guys!
