The Phillips multizone DVD player comes with a very unclear "user manual" and I am not sure if I connected it properly. So far has not worked. I will try to get help with the connection, before I give up and return it.

It is hard to find Philips DVD players locally. Bombay had several models available & they shipped promptly. The pricing is fair & the website easy to navigate.

I have many non-US DVDs, and a friend who is a movie fanatic wanted to watch them as well as non-US BlueRays. This was an obvious solution to the "What would you like for Christmas?" problem. Bombay Electronics offered a wide range of all-region players, clear explanation of the various features, and a good price. This was a goo choice.

I actually got a later(?) model DVD player than the one listed but same machine otherwise. I thought I was registering for an account during purchase but it appears that wasn't the case…the process doesn't make it clear that you set up before purchase for that. My order worked anyway. I got everything I was promised in my order. You need to print either your order invoice or your "confirmation of order" email to get Bombay's warranty. This wasn't made clear beforehand but I'd done it anyway. Bombay has always, very quickly and helpfully, answered my email questions.
