I was really pleased with the service provided by the company and delivery was a minute into the hour slot they gave me! Excellent customer service, I have yet to use the product but will review once completed!

Thank you very much for a speedy and informed service. post and packaging was expensive to Germany but worth it - order made Monday afternoon and received products on Thursday afternoon. I cannot comment on products yet as I have not started using them.

I have been using Amazing Grass Chocolate Superfood for many years now. Since I discovered Blue Herbs I wouldn't use anyone else. Why? Because I've finally found a company that keeps me completely up to date about my delivery, emails me if there's a stock issue (and immediately finds a solution) AND I am given a one hour time period in which my delivery will arrive, meaning I can still pop out and know I'm not going to miss its arrival. I ordered products from Blue Herbs Ltd on a Tuesday. I received email confirmation of the order the same day and then the following day received notification of delivery. The products came on Thursday. I have never been so impressed with a company, not only for the speed and efficiency of the service, but also with the extremely high level of communication provided every step of the way. This is rare in today's commercial world. Blue Herbs Ltd definitely ranks up there at the top of my list for the highest quality customer care and customer focus. I was contacted quickly after placing my order to say it was out if stock and offering alternatives-after a quick e nail back my new product was dispatched within minutes-great service.

I had to ask when my delivery was to be expected as I was not going to be in on a day that could have been the delivery date. My question was quickly resolved and the helper was very polite and friendly. The delivery came on the expected day, good service from the courier and the product was packaged very safely.

Can't fault blueherbs for dispatch & delivery methods...and for free!!! Most places will charge MINIMUM of £5 each time, which really mounts up if you order regularly!! Thanks for stocking Vega Sports & lots of other quality products. Placed a few orders and i've been VERY happy every time.

I have done the Colon Cleanse a number of years ago and in January 2013 did the Colon Cleanse (best option version) again but this time followed by the Internal Cleansing Kit. Not only did I manage to lose a stone in weight, I felt better than I have in a long time. I have a longstanding Candida overgrowth problem resulting in allergies. The cleanse was a very good starting point to address it and after posing an online question to the Blue Herbs resident Nutritionist, I am currently eagerly awaiting my order for Bio-Kult Candea to declare the next phase of war on the Candida. I have tried many other product over the years with lots of different companies - none of which top the products and service of Blue Herbs Ltd. Truly outstanding!
