I was encouraged by all the positive reviews on the Blue Herbs website regarding their service and in particular the Colon Cleansing Kit and I would like to add to those reviews because I was not disappointed. The service and delivery were excellent. The kit is amazingly effective. I had been on the Holistic Horizons programme of colon cleansing for 4 months with no results and no sign of any mucoid plaque which I was so desperate to get rid of. I heard about Blessed Herbs Colon Cleansing Kit through a colonic hydrotherapist and thought I'd give it a go as I was getting nowhere. Within a couple of days on the toxin absorber and digestive stimulants I was passing plaque - I was relieved and frankly delighted. I got rid of a lot of this stuff so it was well worth the money spent on the kit. It really, really works. It is also pure and organic and you feel good using it. I did not like the taste of the peppermint toxin absorber so might try ginger next time. I was hungry but not desperately and managed the 5 days. It's been a couple of weeks now since I completed it and I feel ill, but I think and hope it's a healing crisis which will lead to better health. I have noticed that my appetite is smaller - due no doubt to the loss of the plaque and better absorption. I would definitely use this product again.

I ordered an item and it took a couple of days for your company to come back to me to tell me it was out of stock. In the meantime you took my money knowing that you didn't have the item to be able to dispatch to me. Being an online company you need to monitor your stock at an appropriate level and maybe allow quotas for risk so that people can't over order your current stock levels. In addition, given you take the monies immediately before checking if you can actually fulfill an order this then causes inconvenience not only to your customer (causing a bad experience) but also extra admin for you then to have to notify me that you can't monitor your own stock levels. I am still awaiting my refund and probably won't use your company again. You shouldn't charge people for a service you can't deliver and technically under good business practices you haven't delivered - you are in debt to your customer not the other way around. Maybe you should save both you and your customer some time by not taking the monies until you ready to actually dispatch an item.

Easy to use web site and very quick and efficient service.

Quick delivery and competitive prices. I ordered on Thursday morning and had the delivery by Friday morning, and they let me know when it was going tro arrive which was very useful!

Having never done a fasting cleanse before, I found the kit easy to use and the information booklets are helpful and easy to follow. The product quality is excellent. I experienced some side effects in the first couple of days of the 5-day fasting. I thought about giving up, or adding a raw food diet after Day 2 of the fasting, but persevered with the Best Option. In the end I was thrilled that I didn't give up. I stuck by the book to the Best Option. I feel and see a huge difference in myself already. Headaches and dizziness have given way to renewed energy. My eyes and skin look amazingly clear. The staff at Blue Herbs are super nice and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had easily, based on customer experience and their own personal experience. I'm going to do the Blessed Herbs internal cleanse next. Four days ago, I wouldn't have said this at all, but I'm already thinking about when I'll do a colon cleanse again.

It is a great product and it is worth its price - everything is easy to follow and well explained in the User Guide. I am already thinking about buying the next kit - this time for the internal cleanse. The quality of this product is really good and I totally recommend it!

Two day delivery as promised and very courteous staff on the phone

This is the 3th time I'm using the colon clenser and I can honestly say, it's the best product from the market.

Just what I wanted, also excellent to have text/email updates for when package would be delivered - a text to tell me an hours window for delivery is excellent.

Was very cool to have a delivery where the company actually tells you where the package is and exactly when it is being delivered. And also to be texted and asked if I wasn't available where I would like it delivered. I was late home for the time slot but had been messaged to say package had been left with neighbour so just popped round to pick it up. No 'calling card' or long wait at the Post Office to collect. Fantastic

I was a little doubtful but after weeks of broken sleep and even when I did sleep through I was waking up exhausted and feeling very stressed. In just two days I have noticed a big change. Following my online purchase from blue herbs I was sent an email shortly after to say the item I had bought was out of stock. I was offered a full refund and the customer service was excellent. Shame I had to go elsewhere for my goods! Would be better if the website told you if the item was in stock or not. Would definitely use blue herbs again though as they were so customer friendly.

Was impressed with the efficiency of purchasing from Blue Herbs. I was advised of 3 day delivery but the product was with me the next day and I even was notified as so a 2hour delivery time. I would hesitate to order again or recommend others to do so.
