Love the raw meal thing I ordered. I was a little hesitant as it had so many 'good for you' things in it I thought it might taste horrible, but luckily I was wrong and it tastes fab and is the perfect lunch in hot weather when you don't feel like eating loads but still need something to keep you fueled until the evening. Totally recommend it.

I just bought the Biocera Alkaline water jug, and filters, Im not really one to drink water, but with this jug, wow! the water is so clean, pure, and sweet tasting, I cant drink enough, just soak the filter for ten minutes, as instructed, and fill the jug, there is a filling hole in the lid, and a gauge to tell you when to change the filter, It really couldn't be easier and you have the best tasting water ever!
