After many many years one of the stones fell out of its setting on my eternity band. I sent in my ring to replace the stone and for cleaning. Rebecca was wonderful at emailing me when my ring arrived to them, progress and then again when the repair was completed and ready to be shipped back to me. The ring is beautiful and so live it! Have received many compliments on it over the years. Would highly recommend.

My husband ordered me a 14k white gold CZ as a wedding ring for Christmas in 2021. It was a $800. ring. It was too small and we sent it back and they were quick to send us a bigger size. In 2024 I noticed the stone was getting very dull and losing its shine. I sent pictures and they told me to send the ring back and that they would replace the stone. I put it in the original box and sent it back and accidentally forgot to send the documents which included the original receipt and copy of the email conversation and the shipping and setting fee check. I called right away after leaving the post office and told them I forgot to send the check and paperwork and they sent me an email thanking me and said they would call me back on Monday and would collect the fee on a credit card. I never got a call back. I’ve sent 5 emails asking for a secure line I could call to leave my credit card information and I still have not heard back. It’s going on three months. All I want is my ring back. I wear this as my wedding ring. I’m very disappointed ot only that the stone didn’t hold up to everyday wear but that I can’t even get my ring back.

I worked with Rebecca on replacing a stone in an engagement ring. The new stone is beautiful, and the replacement cost was very reasonable. I believe Rebecca is very busy, so you will need to be patient with her response time. However, Rebecca will get back to you. She is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a pleasure to work with.
