BHG was excellent! Great terms for my business loan in spite of my business existing less than 2 years.
I requested this company remove all of my information from their systems on June 10, 2019 as the info they had was listing me as a medical professional which I am not. I received no response from BHG at that time, however, I stopped receiving marketing materials shortly thereafter. Fast forward to December of 2024. I start receiving marketing materials from them again, with a vengeance. They still portray I am an "MD" or "Physican" which I am not. In the past 5 years, since initial contact, I have received marketing materials from other companies, most medical related, all addressing me as "MD". I can only assume my request to BHG was ignored.

They have appointed a bunch of Executives who will bug you to get a loan and keep on following up and once you fill the application for some reason you don't get a loan, they will just vanish. They are not even aware what are the terms and conditions and also how the application is processed, they just keep on repeating the same thing that you will get a letter explaining why you didn't get a loan but they themselves are not aware, so this company is a lot of work before they become really efficient. I work with an executive, he was so pleasant to talk before I submitted the application and after I was denied the loan with no reason, he simply vanished.

Company and the Finance manager Adam was leading me on the whole time and also said I was approved of funds and said they would be arriving in the same month, come to find out he was lying and I was never approved. Did not need this loan, only using it to build credit. It’s a shame they would do that to someone

I found BHG through a referral from a trusted business advisor. The process was easy and the team was highly responsive. While some may find the rates to be a bit higher than some of the other traditional lenders, I find that you get what you pay for. As a small business, we are often viewed as "small fish" by the traditional lender. That was not the case with BHG. I will recommend them to my circle of trusted relationships.

Securing financing as a small business owner can be quite cumbersome, however, BHG is focused on producing results without wasting valuable time. Let’s face it, big banks target big corporations as potential borrowers, leaving small business owners frustrated. BHG doesn’t over promise, nor do they package quick fixes. They work with you, with the intention of a resolution.
They practiced predatory lending. Hard sell tactics. I repeatedly told them I was looking for a personal loan -that I do not own a business; to which they responded “Is ok you can use it for debt consolidation “. There is a lock out period…five years on my loan. The fees and interest rates are astronomical. In a word BEWARE!!!!!!!!
