Absolutely outstanding process and people. We were walked through the process at every event and given clear and concise guidance to securing our loan. The loan offer rates, amount, and lengths were very broad and allowed us to secure a shorter term with lower rates. It funded very quickly. Not a single negative aspect of our involvement with BHG. I started an application then decided to back out. I received a call about a week later from one of their managers who convinced me to continue with my application. I continued with the application, and I have to assume I didn't get the loan because the representative refused answer any of my emails or take any of my phone calls. seemed like a very shady business from the start, but that's what I get.
Very easy to understand the program. Rather than relying on credit rating, they look at the overall ability to pay. Really helped me out.
